Nonnie's Bleu Cheese Dressing
This comes from my mother-in-law whom my children call Nonnie.
Mix together:
1 1/2 cups our cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup (5oz) of crumbled bleu cheese
1 small onion grated
dash of garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco.
In The Cooking Class, the onion, garlic salt and sauces were omitted the first time and still it was amazing.
We also found the better the bleu cheese going in, the better the product.
